Blue Valentine

Our Blue Valentine irithurium was inspired by and named after the hit 2010 film of the same name. Blue Valentine (the film) stars Ryan Gosling (swoon) and Michelle Williams (double swoon). As if those two weren't inspo enough, Blue Valentine explores complicated themes of love, loss and reconciliation. 

This isn't a film class, of course. But we felt some background was important.

With these themes in mind, we created a stem capable of holding many truths and possessing multiple dualities. Blue Valentine's rousing red-pink center gives way to  electric blue edges. Representing the red warmth of new love and the cool blue of love lost. Twist this stem in the light to reveal iridescent pops of teal and deep pink. 

Like love, this stem cannot be defined by one color, one palette or one "vibe." Blue Valentine is entirely singular, inviting you to make magic with them any way you see fit.
